This service offers comprehensive weight loss solutions, including nutritional guidance, health assessments, and support for lifestyle changes. Meet with Megon West, NP-C, to discuss lab work, problems and goals, and together you will decide with medicine you need. The Weight Loss Consultation is $75 and is only paid at the initial appointment. We offer Semaglutide & Tirzepatide starting at $20/week.
02.Toxin

03.Hormone Replacement Therapy
This service helps both women and men achieve balanced hormone levels through bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and testosterone replacement therapy tailored to individual needs. It includes thorough assessments and personalized treatment plans to improve overall well-being and vitality. Clients can access expert guidance and ongoing support for hormone health optimization. Initial consultation visit is $150. Each follow visit (every 3 months) is $75.
04.Filler
Enhance your facial aesthetics with our Filler service at Modern Wellness, expertly administered by injector Megon West, NP-C for just $650 per syringe.
